MAPEX 2016 – Perak Property Fair Highlights
The Malaysia Property Exhibition (MAPEX) 2016 in Perak concluded successfully, drawing over 30,000 visitors and featuring 49 booths from leading property developers across Perak, Selangor, Penang, and Cameron Highlands.
Organised by the REHDA Perak branch, the event was chaired by Ir. Loh Ban Ho, Managing Director of Mansion Builders, who emphasized the fair’s role in providing buyers with a comprehensive platform to explore, compare, and secure their dream homes or investment properties.
Visitors had access to a wide range of properties, from single-storey and double-storey homes to semi-detached units, as well as information on the MyDeposit First House Deposit Financing Scheme for first-time housebuyers.
