Hung Ting Seafood Restaurant to Open Largest Branch at Mansion Builders’ First Square, Ipoh

Mansion Builders, together with the popular Hung Ting Seafood Restaurant, announced today that they will enter a joint venture for Hung Ting to open its largest branch in Ipoh, building on its successful rise in the F&B industry.

The new branch will occupy 20,000 sq. ft. over two levels in Block 1 of First Square and have the capacity to serve more than 100 tables, making it a premier destination for dining, banquets, and community events.

This partnership marks Hung Ting as the second anchor tenant after the sports arena operated by Sentosa Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia’s largest sports center operator. The collaboration between these two strong brands is expected to benefit the wider Falim, Menglembu, and greater Ipoh communities. First Square stands as Mansion Builders’ commercial flagship project, poised to become the social and business center of Ipoh.

签约仪式上，万顺建筑有限公司董事总经理罗万豪与皇廷海鲜酒家董事经理暨主厨黄金明正式宣布合作计划。罗万豪指出，第一广场的建筑设计别具特色，第1和第2层为商店单位，第3层将作为运动中心，邻近未来将建造的4层高3星级酒店，力求将新颖设计与自然环境融合，实现环境友善的生活体验。

皇廷海鲜酒家董事经理暨主厨黄金明表示，餐厅及宴会大厅可摆放100桌酒席，接待1000人，非常适合举办商务会议及婚庆活动，同时配备巨幅LED大屏幕及可分割多功能厅，结合经典菜式与创新风味，为第一广场注入餐饮与会务新亮点。

出席签约仪式的还有万顺建筑有限公司董事主席罗润坤、财务经理李莉冰以及皇廷海鲜酒家董事蔡翠冰。
